About the Role
We’re looking for eager, welcoming Studio Sales Reps! If you are excited about Pilates, proactive in your hospitality and drive sales through service, New York Pilates wants you to join the team! 

Sales Reps are eligible for part time or full-time hourly work, on-shift in our stores for a minimum of 15 hours/week. All Studio Sales team members are eligible for monthly sales commission. Part time Studio Reps are granted complimentary pilates packages valuing up to $4320/year. Full time Studio Reps are granted complimentary pilates packages valuing up to $6480/year.

This position will report to the Studio Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell membership packages, class packages, and private classes both in-studio and online
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our specials, membership packages, and retail offerings
  • Exceed sales targets, driving individual sales commission while contributing to overall store sales objectives
  • Maintain and manage the retail area and visuals to optimize the selling space
  • Foster an environment that prioritizes the best student experience and highest level of customer service
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with both studio students and team members
  • Utilize Mind Body Online proficiently to ensure smooth check-ins and bookings for future sessions
  • Represent NYP through professional dress, presentation, and communication
  • Foster a sense of community among students and peers
  • Master and execute all studio procedures for opening, closing, and retail operations, ensuring standards are consistently met during shifts
  • Uphold brand ambiance, merchandising, and cleanliness standards throughout the studio
  • Maintain the presentation and appearance of reception areas, shared spaces, and facilities
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance, retail inventory counts, and facility cleaning to uphold NYP standards
  • Collaborate with the Studio Manager to enhance overall studio effectiveness and efficiency
Schedule Requirements
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 15 hours/availability per week in general
  • Available for early mornings (6am), late night (9:30pm), weekends and holidays

Competitive Compensation 💸
Things we take into account when calculating the compensation are global averages per skillset, your local cost of living, your skills, and your experience. This role will earn $17 to $22 an hour based on experience.
