Studio Sales Representative (Hamptons)

We are seeking a results-driven Studio Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential students, promoting our products, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Reporting to the Studio Manager, you will work with the Studio Team to generate new memberships, upsell services, and maintain excellent student relationships. You will represent the studio’s values and be the first point of contact for potential and current students, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Sales Reps are eligible for part time or full-time hourly work, on-shift in our stores for a minimum of 15 hours/week. All Studio Sales team members are eligible for monthly sales commission.

THE ROLE
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling strategies and relationship management.
- Engage Students: Actively seek out and engage potential students and customers via in-person interactions.
- Promote Products: Present and promote our products/services effectively to meet student needs and drive sales.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive business relationships with students to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide Solutions: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Studio Operations and Brand Management Responsibilities: Execute studio procedures for opening, closing, and retail operations while maintaining brand standards in ambiance, merchandising, and cleanliness across all areas. Collaborate with the team to perform routine equipment maintenance, studio deep cleans, manage retail and supply inventory, and enhance overall efficiency and student satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in retail and driving sales
- Demonstrated history of consistently achieving monthly sales goals
- Prior experience in a boutique fitness studio preferred
- Ability to manage customer expectations and proven experience in customer experience
- Company Ambassadorship: promotes the company through own actions and relationship
- Adaptability and Resilience: willing and able to be flexible and pivot based on prioritization of student and/or business needs
- Grit and Problem Solving: ability to persevere toward a goal despite being confronted by obstacles and distractions
- Schedule Requirements:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 15 hours/availability per week in general.
- Available for early mornings (6am), late night (9:30pm), weekends and holidays
- Your schedule is determined by your Studio Manager and is subject to change based on business needs. Full-time and part-time positions available!
