The CS Sales Lead will serve customers by selling products and services and meeting student needs. 

This position will report to Customer Sales and Success Manager, as well as coordinate with other members of the NYP Operations and Brand Team.

Responsibilities
  • Sell memberships, class packages, and private classes to prospective students
  • Work to set, achieve, and potentially exceed sales goals set by your department lead
  • Handle inbound inquiries, negotiate contracts, and generate new sales leads
  • Identify sales opportunities and make recommendations on potential new offerings
  • Ensure best-in-class customer service and uniform representation of the NYP brand
  • Manage student communications across multiple channels 
  • Develop meaningful relationships with current and prospective students and team members 
  • Execute the NYP playbooks for on-brand messaging 
Requirements and Competencies
  • Proficient in navigating MindBodyOnline and Shopify software platforms
  • Mastery of GSuite tools
  • Familiarity with MBO Messenger considered a bonus
  • Sales experience with an understanding of the sales process, particularly for customers spending between $40-$4,000/year
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of swiftly establishing rapport with customers
  • Proficiency in computer usage across various tasks
  • Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Competitive Compensation 💸
Things we take into account when calculating the compensation are global averages per skillset, your local cost of living, your skills, and your experience. This role will earn $22/hour.
