Build the Team Behind One of the Fastest Growing Pilates Brands

At New York Pilates, our people are our greatest competitive advantage.

As we continue expanding, we're looking for an exceptional Hiring & Recruiting leader to build the teams that will shape the future of our company.

This isn't a traditional HR role. We're looking for someone who identifies as a recruiter first; someone who loves finding incredible people, building talent pipelines, and helping companies scale through exceptional hiring.

If you've built recruiting functions, love networking, and believe hiring great people is the most important investment a company can make, we'd love to meet you.

Who You Are

You genuinely love recruiting. You don't wait for great candidates to apply. You know where to find them.

You're constantly building relationships, growing your network, and thinking about who your next great hire will be. You enjoy creating recruiting strategies, improving hiring processes, and partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams.

You balance people skills with data, using hiring metrics and feedback to continually improve recruiting and onboarding.

Most importantly, you're excited about helping build one of the fastest-growing fitness brands!

Before You Apply
This role is likely a great fit if you:

  • You have 8+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience, with recruiting as your primary strength
  • You've successfully led full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume or multi-location business
  • You consider yourself an exceptional recruiter and have a track record of hiring top performers
  • You already have a strong professional recruiting network
  • You enjoy improving hiring systems using data, feedback, and measurable results
  • You're excited to help build and scale a growing company
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail is a strong plus

This role may not be the right fit if:

  • You're looking for a traditional HR or administrative role
  • Most of your experience has been focused on compliance or payroll rather than recruiting
  • You prefer maintaining existing processes over building new ones
  • You aren't comfortable recruiting proactively and sourcing passive candidates
  • You're looking for a slow-paced corporate environment

Compensation

$70,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience.
